Shawn Johansson founded Intrinsic with the belief that human service organizations deserve access to the same operational excellence, strategic guidance, and infrastructure support available to large corporations.

With extensive experience in disability services, organizational leadership, and business development, Shawn works closely with agency leaders to improve sustainability, strengthen workforce stability, and build organizations capable of serving their communities for generations. His passion is creating systems that allow providers to spend more time focused on people and less time navigating administrative challenges.

Chief Strategy & Integration Officer

Rebecca leads strategic initiatives, organizational development, and agency integration efforts across the Intrinsic network.

She works alongside agency leadership teams to support growth, launch new programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure organizations remain aligned with their mission. Rebecca is known for her ability to bring people together, identify opportunities for improvement, and help organizations navigate change with confidence and clarity.
